APPROACH
I believe fulfillment lies in the authentic and deep connection with others and a comfort with and understanding of ourselves. My approach to therapy is systemic, collaborative, and strength-based. I tend to combine aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Systemic and Narrative elements.
